  • It remains fully offline on your device

All such data is stored using a local database on the device and is not accessible to the developer or any external systems.

The app does not include any mechanism for remote access, backup, or synchronization of this data.

Users have full control over their data and can delete it at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data (Ads Only)

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Advertising ID
  • IP address (for ad delivery)
  • App interaction data

This data is collected by Google, not by us.

Ad behavior includes:

  • App Open ads on app launch/resume

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All app data is stored using local database (Room)
  • No cloud sync or remote storage is used
  • No backend server exists
  • Data remains under user control

⚠️ User Responsibility:

  • Uninstalling the app may delete all stored data
  • We recommend users maintain backups if needed
We implement best practices for local data storage using Android's secure storage mechanisms.

However, users are responsible for securing their own devices.
We recommend:

    - Avoiding installation on rooted or compromised devices

    • New feature announcements
    • App updates
    • Important service-related information

7. Invoice PDF & Sharing

  • Invoice PDFs are generated locally
  • Files are stored on your device
  • Sharing is done via Android system share (no server involved)

8. No Account / No Login

This app:

  • Does NOT require login
  • Does NOT create user accounts
  • Does NOT store personal identity on servers

9.  Financial and GST Disclaimer

This app provides tools for invoice generation and financial tracking. However:

- We do not guarantee compliance with local tax laws (including GST)
- Users are responsible for verifying invoice accuracy
- Users must consult professional accountants for tax-related matters

10. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
